What happens when my mailbox is full?

General

> Where should I upload my files to my website?

Log in to your ftp account via the "Welcome" e-mail that you have received from us upon successful registration of your hosting account. Upon log in, look for the folder "httpdocs" and upload all your website content to this folder.

Mail

> What is my POP3 and SMTP server?

POP3 : yourdomain.com
SMTP : yourdomain.com

For the SMTP server, make sure you set the following in your respective email client for the sending of mail to work

i. Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express
My server requires authentication.

ii. Mozilla Thunderbird
Use name and password.

> Where is my webmail access?
> Can I access my e-mail via the web?

Yes. You have access to your mailbox on the web. Login at http://webmail.yourdomain.com/

Replace "yourdomain.com" with your domain name.

> Where can I change my password?

Access your webmail (see Where is my webmail access?). Click on ">> Change Email Account Password".

> I have forgotten my password, what can I do?

If you are the administrator for your domain, you can reset the password using the online interface. Otherwise, you may contact your administrator for your domain to reset your password. If you need further assistance, do send a mail to our support engineer at charlie@thoughtsinteractive.com.

> What happens when my mailbox is full?

If you have configured your mailbox quota at for e.g. 5000KB, when it hit this limit, an email will be sent to you to inform that the quota has been reached. You will not be able to receive any more mails unless you clear your mailbox. Please read How do I clear my mailbox? to find out how you can clear your mailbox.

> What happen when I set my mailbox to use unlimited storage?

When you set it to unlimited storage, it will be tied to the total storage usage across the entire domain. Thus, when your total storage limit is exceeded, a notification will be sent to you on the extra usage. You will continue to receive any emails though.
